Daylight Saving Time
For most of the United States, Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March, and ends at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. Daylight Saving Time is NOT observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and by most of Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Indian Reservation in Arizona).
