The U.S. Embassy’s Commercial Service and Palo Alto Networks teamed up on June 20 to present to local public- and private- sector technology professionals on cutting edge cybersecurity solutions.
“During my first 100 days as Ambassador there are few topics that have consumed more attention in the embassy and in our engagements with our Czech partners than digital economy and cybersecurity,” said Ambassador Sabet, who hosted the two hour seminar at his residence. He continued, “holding events featuring global cybersecurity leaders like Palo Alto Networks further demonstrates how the United States – including both our public and private sectors – is looking to partner with the Czech Republic to continue to strengthen its national cyber defenses and protect its critical infrastructure.”
Thomas Maxeiner and Tibor Tvardzik, Cyber experts from Palo Alto Networks, delivered a presentation touting the company’s experience combatting cybersecurity threats and eagerness to partner with Czech organizations.
