U.S. and Czech Chemical and Biological Protection Specialists Train in Liberec

From 16-20 July, Nebraska and Texas National Guard CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) Specialists Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) Eric Cole and Sergeant First Class (SFC) Jeremy Garza took part in a week-long training event with the 31st CBRN Regiment in Liberec. The exchange focused on equipment, tactics, and techniques for Reconnaissance and Decontamination in CBRN events, and lessons learned. The Texas and Nebraska CBRN units, along with the 31st CBRN Regiment have had not only a working relationship with each other but have built a lasting friendship over the years through the State Partnership Program.
