Commercial Counselor Helen L. Peterson opened a seminar “Role of Beta-glucan in human and animal health”. The presentation was delivered by Dr. Vaclav Vetvicka, Ph.D. Mr. Vetvicka is a professor at the University of Louisville, Kentucky; a president of International Society for Glucan Research (ISGR); and co-author of more than 150 original papers, several review articles, and three patents. The seminar attendees included doctors, pharmacists, vets, and other experts.
