Military Maintenance Operations Exchange Program Increases Czech-U.S. Defense Cooperation

The Czech 14th Logistics Regiment, 142nd Maintenance Battalion and the U.S. Army Europe 21st Theater Support Command, conducted a Unit Maintenance Operations Workshop in Klatovy, Czech Republic at the Garrison of the 142nd Maintenance Battalion from 19 to 21 January, 2015.

The exchange was coordinated by the U.S. Embassy Prague Office of Defense Cooperation to increase cooperation with the logisticians and maintainers of the 14th Logistics Regiment and their U.S. Army counterparts. All parties shared how they currently conduct inspections, preventive maintenances and checks, parts management, and the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the process.
