Franchising Forum & Master Franchise Conference Held in Prague

Ambassador King gave opening remarks at the annual Franchising Forum organized by the Czech Franchise Association“When you think of franchising, you typically think of the U.S. first,” said Ambassador King. The U.S. Embassy sees increased interest from U.S. brands in the European as well as Czech market, and a number of well-known U.S. franchise concepts are looking for Czech master franchisers.

The U.S. Commercial Service introduced five of these U.S. companies at the Master Franchise Forum, co-located with the Franchising Conference. The concepts include: fitness concept Anytime Fitness; third largest U.S. pizza chain Little Caesars (https://littlecaesars.com), a chain of Italian cuisine restaurants Olive Garden (www.olivegarden.com); chicken wings concept Wingstop (www.wingstop.com); and concepts represented by Edwards Global Services company – The Boiling Crab (https://theboilingcrab.com); Chili’s (www.chilis.com); Dairy Queen (www.dairyqueen.com); Denny’s (www.dennys.com); FirstLight Home Care (www.firstlighthomecare.com); Midas (www.midas.com); Mosquito Squad (www.mosquitosquad.com); Sola Salon Studios (www.solasalonstudios.com).
