Czech Senior Non-Commissioned Officers discuss Professional Development with State Partners

Czech-American exercise in the Libavá Military Training Area.

From April 4-7, 2016, the Czech Military hosted Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) from their State Partners in Texas and Nebraska. The exchange discussed professional development, structured self-development, NCO leadership, management and military education . Over 30 senior NCOs from across the Czech Military attended seminars and exchanges over the three days.

Additionally the team met with the Military Academy in Vyskov and the 7th Mechanized Brigade in Hranice while also observing the current Basic Leaders Course being conducted in Praslavice and a T-72 Tank from the 73rd Armored Battalion. The NCO is the back bone of the Army and exchanges like this help both the Czech Republic and its state partners from Nebraska and Texas to grow stronger together.
