Ms. Comrada is a devoted researcher of Karel Čapek’s work and life. For Catbird Press she translated Tales from Two Pockets, which was followed, by Apocryphal Tales, Wayside Crosses and Painful Tales, and also Ivan Klíma’s Čapek biography.
